Refunds/Returns/Exchanges
No refunds, cancelations, or any changes can be granted after 24 hours of your order being placed.
Returns and exchanges are accepted 30 days after your order is received. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping.
Final sale items and custom items (commissions and/or custom and personalized items) cannot be returned.

Shipping Policy
See current processing times in the banner on the top of the page. Processing time refers to how long it takes me to fulfill your order; it does not include the time it takes the item to arrive to your shipping address after I have handed it off to the shipping carrier.
If your order was marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, please contact your local post office.
Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship.
If a package is lost in the mail, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. You may omit personal details if you please, but you must keep your name visible on the report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.
If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, CassieMakesArt is not liable to replace the item or issue a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.
